Professional Experience

Colt Technology Services (February, 2026 - present)

Vice President of AI Technology and Architecture

  • Built and lead Colt’s AI Practice as a single consolidated function owning AI strategy, governance, platform, engineering, and production operations for a global network operator with multi-billion Euro revenue and ~5,000 employees. Strategy endorsed by the CEO.
  • Joined as the first employee of the AI Practice and scaling to 20 across AI engineering, platform engineering, product, delivery, and governance, against a multi-million Euro investment envelope. Defined the operating model, use case lifecycle, design authority, and production advancement gates.
  • Stood up the enterprise AI platform on GCP/Vertex AI: AI gateway providing model routing, metering, evals, and guardrails at the infrastructure layer; governed agentic harness at the application layer; on-prem H200 inference for data-sovereign workloads, with gateway routing designed for workload migration from frontier to open-weight models across managed and self-hosted deployment.
  • Own executive partnerships with Nvidia and Google; leading enterprise-wide Microsoft Copilot deployment.
  • Defined two customer-facing AI product lines on Colt’s software-defined network: an AI feature overlay for enterprise WAN, and AI platform stack for enterprises, with Colt’s own deployment as customer zero.
  • Delivered the first AI systems into production under AI Practice operations, with 34 prioritized use cases in the governed delivery pipeline through 2027.
  • Established Colt’s AI governance model: use case intake, risk classification, and control gates, covering AI systems across the enterprise, and closed internal audit findings on data and AI governance. Delivered automated GDPR data subject access request handling as the first governed production system.
  • Authored Colt’s AI and data strategies, including a per-decision autonomy framework governing where AI systems recommend vs. execute.
