Dr. Jennifer Chapman, formerly Andreoli-Fang, is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in AI, cloud, and telecom. With a PhD in networks and machine learning, she combines academic expertise with practical industry experience.

Dr. Chapman is currently Vice President of AI Technology and Architecture at Colt Technology Services, where she leads her team to develop AI and ML solutions leveraging Colt's global connectivitity networks. She is building Colt's AI Practice in Boulder, Colorado.

Prior to Colt, Dr. Chapman led the global wireline networks segment at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Her work focused on driving innovation in broadband with cloud and AI solutions in the space. Prior to AWS, Dr. Chapman was a Distinguished Technologist at CableLabs, the R&D arm of the global cable industry, where she led the development of DOCSIS technology. She is widely recognized for her influential work in cable broadband and at the 3GPP.

Dr. Chapman serves as a technical advisor for dotCargo Corporation, a logistics startup, and Virtues AI, a fintech startup. She advises them on all things AI.

With over 110 patents issued and pending, Dr. Chapman is recognized as the top female inventor in the cable industry. Her achievements have been celebrated with numerous awards, including the WICT Rocky Mountain Technology Woman award and the Light Reading's Hedy Lamarr Female Tech Pioneer award.

She actively contributed to industry development through her roles in the SCTE Expo Program Committee, the SCTE AI/ML Working Group as Vice Chair, and the Board of Directors at WICT Rocky Mountain.

Dr. Chapman received her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and her Bachelor of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology.
